How long do you take to dispatch orders?

How long do you take to dispatch orders?

Caspar Aremi |

We're still a relatively new online shop, selling products people like to get their hands on quickly. How fast do we get things shipped out? Simple - very!

For the majority of our orders, the items are in stock. We have the products stored here at our offices, and as soon as orders come in we print a packing slip, grab your items, and pop them in envelopes. At the end of each afternoon we print off the postage labels, then get your items in the mail - at the end of the afternoon for all orders that came in during the day, and we also do a run first thing for overnight orders.

This means they enter the mail system the day after you order them at the latest, and you should get them 2-3 days later. We use a service called Tracked 48 which means Royal Mail scan them as soon as they receive them, they scan again when they're at your local depot, and finally they scan them when they deliver them.

We've seen London orders arrive the very next day after we dispatch them, and even orders to the very north of Scotland arrive at most a couple of days later!

We do have some products that aren't kept in stock, these are all custom printed by our printing partners and sent directly. These typically take 3-4 days to be produced and checked before being dispatched. All of our face masks are sent from the UK and also give you a tracking code - this uses Tracked 24 which is usually a bit faster than our standard service, meaning you get them 1-2 days after they're dispatched. Some of our other items like phone cases are sent from Europe but they do tend to arrive extremely quickly. Again, you'll be updated as soon as they're on their way.

We don't allow pre-orders on our stock because we don't want people to submit orders and not know when they're likely to receive them.

We're very proud that we're able to get most packages out so quickly
