Some products such as the So So Gay brand masks, mugs, and phone cases, are custom printed to order so we can not ship them next-day as we do with the majority of products that we hold in stock.
It usually takes 3-4 working days to product and dispatch them to you. They are sent by Royal Mail Tracked 24. You will receive a tracking number once they're dispatched, and they should arrive in 1-2 working days from that point.
If your order includes both items we hold in stock and products which are custom printed, they will be dispatched separately. You will first get a tracking code for the in-stock items - usually on the evening you place your order - then a few days later an additional tracking code for the custom printed items. If you order multiple custom printed products, they will be dispatched all together in one parcel.
You will almost always receive your items within a week of ordering them. Thank you for your patience.
